This policy explains what the PropReferee team ("we", "us"), operator of PropReferee (https://propreferee.com), collects and why.

What we collect

• Reviews you submit: your rating, review text, display name, optional account size, and your answers to the checkboxes, all of which are published. Your optional email address is never published; we use it only to verify a purchase or contact you about your review.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly analytics, such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and clicks on partner links, to understand how the site is used.
• Partner links: when you click a partner link, the prop firm or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to credit us for the referral. Their own privacy policies apply.

How we use it

To run and improve the site, publish and moderate reviews, send the newsletter you asked for, and prevent spam and abuse. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site: hosting, our review database (Supabase), our email provider and analytics. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them. Emails attached to reviews are deleted within 12 months. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to remove your review, by emailing us (contact address coming soon). Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

PropReferee is not intended for anyone under 18.
