Information only, not advice

PropReferee provides general information, rankings, opinions and user reviews about proprietary trading firms. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy any product. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Make your own decisions, and consult a qualified professional if you need advice.

Accuracy

We try to keep firm information accurate, but prices, rules, discounts and other details change often and may be out of date or incorrect. The firm's own website and terms always take priority. Discount codes are provided by firms and may change, expire or be withdrawn without notice.

Third-party sites

We link to prop firms and other websites that we don't control. Any purchase you make is between you and that firm. We aren't responsible for their products, payouts, conduct or websites.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, you confirm it's your honest opinion based on your own experience, that it doesn't break our Review Guidelines, and that you weren't paid for it. You keep ownership of your review but give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with PropReferee. We may remove content that breaks these terms. Reviews reflect their authors' views, not ours.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, posting fake reviews, interfering with the site's security, or using it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The PropReferee name, logo, design, rankings and original content belong to us. Firm names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify them. Their use doesn't mean those firms endorse us.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site, from information on it, or from your dealings with any firm listed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the site's operator is based.
